“ Arrived after the Passion Play crowd had loaded the bus and the staff was trying to clean up efficiently and quickly. The pizzas are hand made and put into a large pizza oven. Very delicious. Good service and friendly staff Located halfway up from Oberammergau and worth the time to look over the village below. ”

The personnel was super attentive and seemed to read our thoughts....luckily just the thoughts regarding the food cause mine would have been focused all to much on how cute the waitress were. I had the spaghetti carbonara that was quite good and my wife had the pizza that had gorgonzola, artichoke, olives and Serrano ham - an unusual mix of flavours! Not the best Italian food I've ever had, but still quite tasty. The restaurant has lots of interesting and quirky decorations and the service was pleasant and efficient. ”

“ Excellent! We just decided to repeat restaurant during our holidays. We tried to get a table on Wednesday an it was full, so we made a reservation for the next day. The place is really nice. Located at the bottom of a mountain lift (Bikepark and alpine coaster). The personal are very nice and willing to help with any special needs to make your dinner nicer. The prices are very good. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the quality of the food, but I was very surprised. ”

It took 25 mins after sitting down to get menus and then another 10 mins before we even ordered drinks. The restaurant itself is a must visit but come with all the patience in the world to enjoy it fully. ”

We thought the pizzas looked too large to get one for each of us; however, the waitress talked us into it saying that (1) the crust is very thin, and (2) we could always take leftovers home. No worries ... we ate it all! Pictured is a diavolo in front and a quattro stagione in the rear. All the topping were excellent! ”
